- Handling all aspects of escrow, document collection and researching and drafting of sales agreements, as well as other transactional documents
- Assit in the preparation of listings for use with external brokers
- Perform document production and review of existing discovery matters, monitor case progress, and give updates to owners on matters
- Prepare and revise master documents including homesale documents and disclosures, subcontract, consultant, etc.
- Paralegal Certification
- Two-Year Degree Minimum (Legal or Administrative)
- 2 years of land/asset sales and acquisitions and litigation/claims management paralegal experience
- Experience in Microsoft Suite Applications and Microsoft Window
