    Are you an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) looking for a rewarding role? Here are the Essential Functions of an LPN:

    • Ensure continuity of care by giving and receiving nursing shift reports for patients.
    • Conduct routine patient rounds and make nursing assessments on various vital signs and conditions.
    • Follow up on physician orders and accurately administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Collaborate with physicians and the Director of Nurses to provide optimal patient care.
    • Assist in admitting, discharging, or transferring residents upon request.
    • Keep the Director of Nurses informed of any significant changes in resident conditions.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
