- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as A/R, A/P, invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle general administrative tasks using Microsoft office and other company specific software.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Uphold a positive and energetic atmosphere in the office.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Job DescriptionAdecco is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a positive, upbeat, and motivated personality to provide crucial support to our client in Oxford, Maine.The ideal candidate will be someone who radiates positivity, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our finance department.
Schedule: 8-hour days. Flexible between 6am-4:30pm
Pay: $20-$22
This position works onsite at the client location. This is NOT a remote job.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
