    YOUR ROLE
    The Business Development Manager is responsible for finding and securing new salon business for Joico.
    BDM will work closely with their Joico Sales Director in targeting and converting salon accounts.

    BDM will actively use all forms of social media as an additional outlet to introduce Joico to salons, spas, schools, barbers, and any licensed beauty professionals.

    Actively prospect for new customers through cold calling, social media, and other digital outlets.
    Target both full-service salons and booth rentals via salon suites.
