    Fully Hybrid Next Wave Mortgage is growing and looking to add Licensed, Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officers to support increased loan activity across our fully hybrid platform.

    An active NMLS license is required. This is not a build-from-scratch role.

    We provide consistent opportunity driven by organic demand and strong referral relationships, allowing loan officers to stay focused on what matters most — closing loans and building long-term success.

    As a Loan Officer with Next Wave Mortgage, you will work directly with motivated homebuyers, guide clients from pre-approval through closing, and leverage systems designed to support efficiency and scalable growth.

    Due to a high volume of Spanish-speaking client inquiries, professional Spanish language proficiency is required for this role.

    Candidates must be able to conduct full mortgage conversations, explain loan options, and support clients throughout the loan process in Spanish and English.

    Responsibilities:

    • Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer
    • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Qualifications:
    • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
    • Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team

    Compensation:
    $85,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
