Job summary

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and regional transit authorities.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, managing operational processes, and supporting special projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with regional transit authorities.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with transit authorities, operations, finance, sales, and independent contractors.
  • Partner with VP REPA, VP Operations, and supervisors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
