    Your Role:

    As an Occupational Therapist with AdvantageCare, you will:

    • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services as outlined by physician prescriptions.
    • Assist individuals of all ages with physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairments in developing adaptive skills and performance capacities.
    • Focus on maximizing independence, preventing further disability, and maintaining health.
    • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring the quality and safety of rehabilitation services.
    • Adhere to all federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations regarding occupational therapy services.
    About You:
    • Possess licensure or are eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy in Pennsylvania.
    • Passionate about making a significant, positive impact on patients' lives.
