Financial Applications Analyst – Overland Park, KS

Provide timekeeping support using written procedures to complete daily weekly and or annual processes Manage ETS Support timekeeping email inbox Create annual holiday calendars Grant authorization to approve timesheets Complete craft labor interfacing and other deliverables Identify system issues and facilitate coordination of resolution Provide general guidance for global timesheet questions requests Maintain updates timekeeping SharePoint page Fields basic timesheet revision request in partnership with the PPM Support Group Monitor integration in and out of timekeeping system Partner with business leaders to document standard operating procedures based on enhancement changes Audit adherence to timekeeping policies and work with cross functional areas to ensure compliance Complete ad hoc reporting requests from business partners
