Job description
T-Rex is looking for a talented Senior Software Developer III to work on a program in the Annapolis Junction area in support of the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms.
Build applications using a specified programming language
Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications.
Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.
Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
Windows (1 FTE): C/C++, C#, COM, knowledge of Windows Internals/APIs, Wireshark, IDA Pro and/or Ghidra, CNE development experience is preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum eight (8) years' experience programming with object-oriented programming languages
- Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing Unix applications using make files or comparable build environment.
- Experience developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages.
- . Minimum three (3) years leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
