    Description

    VIRELLA Leadership Opportunity

    VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to the table. With a rich 120-year history in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes to support our 2,000 existing business clients while also expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Leading a small team, you will guide them in replicating these successful strategies.

    • Service existing client base.
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and track results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership growth.

    Key Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervision and leadership capabilities.
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
    • Perform well in a fast-paced, occasionally intense environment.
    • A genuine interest in assisting others and building strong relationships.
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
    • Community involvement mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
