CFO is wanted to join a growing Arizona based company in Transportation & Logistics based outside of Phoenix. This is a direct hire opportunity that's on-site. Salary range is $225-275k DOE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company and analyzing
strengths/weaknesses
in the company's finances and overseeing all aspects of its financial success.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organizations mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans
Development of Budgets both at corporate level and subsidiary level
Involvement with software system enhancements and upgrades
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, CPA or MBA and bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary
10 years as a CFO
5+ years of financial experience and management experience
Knowledge of compliance, and some International industry related laws (Mexico's laws preferred)
Knowledge of McLeod software
