    Dynamic Opportunity

    ~ As a full-time employee, working 40 hours per week, the Performance and Compliance Director develops and coordinates Continuous Quality Improvement agency wide process. In conjunction with the executive leadership, develops, directs, and evaluates a comprehensive safety, and occupational health management program for the organization. Devises and recommends strategies to ensure organizational compliance with accrediting and/or regulatory bodies. Ensures safety polices are current and reflect internal and external requirements. Provides leadership for all licensing reviews.

    ~ is a primary mental health support agency, providing compassionate, professional care for individuals and families with mental health needs in the greater Cumberland County, NJ area. For more than 60 years, our non-profit organization of professionals, doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, has assisted the community in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of mental illness.

    What does this position look like

    ~ The Performance and Compliance Director works collaboratively with leadership and employees across the organization to provide training, monitors and develops performance improvement activities related to regulatory standards, completes state reporting, and participates in DMHAS licensing activities. This position serves as the Ombudsman for the agency, submits and follows up on all state and agency incident reports and prepares monthly and annual reporting for the Board of Trustees. The Performance and Compliance Director is considered a member of the leadership team and participates in weekly meetings with the Executive Leadership Team.

    What you need to apply

    ~

    Bachelor's degree from accredited institution in human services or related field required, Masters preferred.

    Three years of experience in program leadership.

    Must demonstrate competencies in the delivery and management of behavioral healthcare services and Quality Improvement concepts.


    Experience in operational safety implementation, including management experience in process and project hazard assessment, Environment of Care, and Infection Control.

    Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

    Professional oral and written communication skills.

    NJ Driver's License and ability to be insured by our carrier.
