- Manage full cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams.
- Champion over executing a positive end-to-end candidate experience.
- Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing updates with all stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting process.
- Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
- Revise, create, and improve job descriptions.
- Attend college and job fairs locally and out of state, as needed.
- Travel Requirements: 15%

- Possess high level of confidentiality.
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
