Job summary
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer performs high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients of all ages in accordance with approved protocols, ultrasound safety standards and established clinical indicators. This role is responsible for scheduling exams obtaining accurate patient histories assessing the appropriateness of requested studies and assisting radiologists with imaging needs.
