Release Train Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months Contract


Location:
Phoenix, AZ ( Hybrid )

Lead and review the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget with right set of Quality and by meeting contractual SLAs
Drive automation, process improvements, and efficient multi shore, cost effective delivery models in E2E ADM life-cycles to support improving project quality and increasing project margin
Deep understanding of Onsite/offshore and Vendor/Partner based delivery model

Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed the company's goals and objectives, and to improve the quality of the service it delivers to Customers.

Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality
Demonstrable knowledge of SAFe at the Program and Team level
Demonstrable servant/leader
Ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams
