    Last Energy seeks a highly motivated IT Manager to join our IT department.

    This role will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring that all systems, applications, and networks are running smoothly.

    This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and works collaboratively with internal employees and external partners.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networksProvide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issuesCollaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT systems meet the business requirementsEvaluate new technologies and make recommendations on how they can be integrated into the existing IT infrastructureDevelop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure that they are tested regularlyEnsure that all IT-related documentation is up-to-date and accuratePerform system administration duties, including installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, databases, and other IT systemsMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as neededPerform regular backups and ensure that they are tested and validatedInstall and maintain software applications and updatesManage user accounts and permissions for IT systemsEnsure that all systems are properly licensed and comply with software vendor policiesOther IT-related duties as assignedQualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in ITExcellent technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networksStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholdersExperience in project management and managing budgets
