    Job Description:
    Work closely with program managers, procurement, and contracts to develop, track, analyze, and submit proposals within the guidelines of the customer request for quote/proposal

    Essential Functions:

    • Prepare as directed by customer request for quote/proposal pricing based upon inputs from the various stakeholders within the organization
    • Review bills of material and work with stakeholders to review and confirm the information is complete
    • Review basis of estimates for completeness and accuracy
    • Prepare pricing files for review, approval, and submittal to the customer
    • Maintain material costing database
    • Support contracts with audit fact finds and negotiations
    • Provide financial support to DCMA/DCAA audits
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis as required
    • Interface with various levels of management, Program Office, and functional departments to support programs Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior experience
    • Basic understanding of cost accounting and FA principles
    • Familiarity with Costpoint or other ERPs
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
    • Must be a US Citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance if needed
    • Should be a self-starter that can work independently
    • Must be able to work well within a team In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $75,000- $115,000 in California
