- Lead the business development operations and production effort for AL Environmental Planning and Permitting market
- Fee proposals Scope of Work Budgeting Invoicing Financial Forecasting Aid in the development of NEPA documents and/or permit applications Assist staff in environmental planning and permitting Collaborate with other disciplines and clients to complete projects Ensure projects comply with applicable local state and federal guidelines codes Hire guide junior staff by providing direction constructive feedback support the market Act as point contact AL Environmental Planning & Permitting Development project work plan scope work manage projects client relationships Administer quality assurance project deliverables Maintain effective communications clients project teams Ensure staff resources deployed productive profitable manner Conduct regular meetings ensure project needs balanced staff availability
