    A law firm in Ontario is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing insurance defense matters, with a focus on bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other related proceedings.

    This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team, providing exceptional customer service and directing legal strategy with autonomy.


    Duties:
    Manage insurance defense matters, focusing on bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or similar proceedings.
    Develop and implement legal strategies tailored to each case.
    Conduct legal research and analysis.
    Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
    Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
    Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

    Requirements:
    Admitted to practice law in the State of California and in good standing with the State Bar.
    Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    Additional licensure in other states is a plus.

    Education and Certifications:
    Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
    Admission to practice law in the State of California.
