    REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Facebook/Instagram is required; Blueprint certification is a huge plus, and experience on other social platforms (Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) also preferred
    • Experience with full funnel objectives and buy types
    • Ability to translate analytics and reporting into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
    • Experience and comfort in operating within a client facing role
    • Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel and media analytical skill set
    • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA/BS required
    • CPG and/or Retail (including brick mortar and ecommerce) is a strong plus
    • Well versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, Powerpoint and Google suite of equivalent (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc)
    • GA experience a strong plus

    PAID SOCIAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER


    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Campaign Manager to lead in the implementation of in-platform and IO based paid social campaigns across a variety of social media platforms.

    While your day-to-day priority will be spent in-platform, you will also work with your director to develop paid social strategies to deliver clients' objectives.

    You will collaborate with our social content and social analytics teams as to how to best leverage paid social tactics to bring an overarching social strategy to life.

    Ideally, you also have experience or a passion for influencer strategies and activations, and/or a desire to grow your digital career beyond the boundaries of paid social management alone.

    We will roll up our sleeves together to best use your talent, experience and passion points to grow our clients' business while also helping you identify opportunities to further develop your own career path.


    PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Function as an in-platform paid social campaign manager across 2-3 media clients and contribute to new business opportunities
    • Consult with other members of the social team as they develop top down social strategies for non-media clients; provide perspective and best practices from a paid media standpoint
    • Become a power user for a variety of social media tools (examples: social listening, social analytics, audience intelligence, influencer), contributing to social audits
    • Co-develop with your director a tactical execution plan based on the approved strategy, and then execute the plan following best practices and processes
    • Responsible for the day to day execution of tactics, campaign management, optimization and budget pacing
    • Organize campaign materials and set up ads across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Linkedin, and TikTok (pending campaign/account)
    • Set up and organize tracking links for paid social campaigns
    • Collaborate with other agency partner teams to provide cohesive and joint-recommendations/deliverables for clients
    • Develop performance reports, leveraging in-platform knowledge and our data visualization dashboard (Datorama), and present findings and optimization plans to the client
    • Operate as the lead client contact for all things paid social, developing a trusted relationship with our client and confidence in our execution
    • Stay abreast of social media trends, best practices and platform updates and keep internal teams and clients alike updated on relevant trends
    • Build analyses and POVs to be shared across teams and with clients
