- Perform electro-mechanical or opto-mechanical assembly, disassembly, or modification of hardware according to specifications.
- Conduct acceptance inspections to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Execute assembly level acceptance tests following approved procedures.
- Carry out basic diagnostic and fault isolation procedures.
- Support Engineering in failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Repair customer-owned products based on failure reports or engineering documentation.
- Handle hazardous materials and waste materials safely.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one to three years of experience in manufacturing complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently using technical documents and repair orders.
- Demonstrated capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills for accessing Engineering and Configuration systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical test equipment and measuring instruments.
- May need to use a company-provided respirator for certain tasks.

Description
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler II at Elbit Systems of America
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler II plays a key role in assembling, inspecting, and conducting acceptance testing on sophisticated electro-optical systems. The successful candidate will work autonomously using engineering drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and test procedures. At times, disassembly and repair tasks may be necessary, either at the Elbit Systems of America- Merrimack facilities or other off-site locations.
