Seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Labor Technician, specializing in termite and moisture repair and application.

Primary responsibilities termite and moisture repairs.

Work in crawl spaces, getting dirty and working with termites, molds, and other related tasks.

Duties include termite treatments, mold repair, insulation, joist erection, and footer pouring.

Will be assigned an assistant to aid in tasks and work collaboratively.

Position as WDO (Wood Destroying Organism) Applicator Technician does not require certification, as we provide training and assistance in obtaining the applicator exam through the DMV.

Ideal candidates should have at least 2+ years of experience, but anyone can be trained if they demonstrate the willingness to learn and work diligently.

Candidates with existing licenses, especially in crawl space work, are highly desirable.

Opportunities for professional development, including transitioning towards doing estimates and potential growth in pest control specialization.

We welcome individuals with experience in field repairs, framing, and familiarity with crawl spaces.

Must be willing to work in crawl spaces, often encountering snakes, spiders, and challenging conditions.

Focus on termite and moisture repair, ensuring quality and effective solutions.

Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
