- Create and adjust schedules up to 3 weeks in advance to meet the Resort's daily needs.
- Monitor projected and budgeted attendance to tweak schedules based on demand.
- Evaluate and approve time off requests, availability changes, and shift swaps.
- Address team members' availability issues and conflicts proactively.
- Maintain regular communication with department leadership regarding staffing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members by coordinating department trainings.
- Ensure J1s work at least 32 hours per week and H2Bs at least 35 hours weekly, escalating issues to management if necessary.
- Collaborate with supervisors to guarantee adequate staffing levels for work crew shifts.
- Keep track of team members who are missing shifts and take necessary actions.
- Manage notices and leave of absences to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Support department leadership in timesheet approval and corrections.
- Ensure correct coding of team members' home location for compliance purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- A valid State Driver's License and at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college experience preferred.
- Prior leadership role in theme park operations is advantageous.
- Previous experience within Six Flags is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Positive, creative, outgoing, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to lead by example.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, other reporting tools, and record-keeping.
- Willingness to take on all tasks necessary to support the park effectively.
