- Skills/Abilities: Solid problem-solving skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in operating welding instruments and tools is essential.
- Prior experience as a lead or supervisor within a welding department or weld shop preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, crawling, lifting, and repetitive motions. Medium strength exertion may be required.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, subject to varying temperatures and environmental conditions. Proper safety equipment and precautions are provided.
