We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations customer service and team development.Duties include assist with store functions day-to-day store activities help customers in a positive approachable manner address any questions or concerns they may have perform opening and closing procedures as needed process all corporate directives including pull and hold destroy task compliance key survey information requests loss prevention maintain promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures displays assist in ordering merchandise processing damaged merchandise record keeping payroll scheduling cash register deposits receipts loss prevention protect secure all company assets ensure areas of the store sales floor stockroom company standards adhere policies procedures safety guidelines ensure all store associates follow professional friendly interactions customers associates leaders responsible maintaining cleanliness throughout store cleaning restocking bathrooms sweeping mopping floors taking out trash ensuring neat presentable environment.
