$OpenEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and consulting to the offshore admins and developersLead the design, configuration and customization of Salesforce to meet the requirementsInteract effectively with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning organizational levelsUtilize deep understanding of core Salesforce capabilities to deliver innovative solutionsStrong organizational skills with an attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple prioritiesManage the development lifecycle and release management for multiple Salesforce initiativesRequirementsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in software engineering or equivalentMinimum 10 years deploying and supporting Salesforce in a large, complex environmentMinimum 5 years as a Salesforce Tech Lead with a proven track recordStrong team management, able to instill passion, loyalty, and commitment among team membersHigh degree of professional confidence and credibility with an effective presenceStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical concepts and plansStrong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skillsAbility to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implicationsStrong understanding of project methodologies including Agile ScrumBenefitsNote:
