    Description
    In partnership with the entire ProAmpac Human Resources Team, the Recruiter will be responsible to maintain, support and enhance the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have responsibility to execute HR processes, policies and programs within their area of focus.

    • Maintain, manage, and update the Talent Acquisition process, pipeline to meet the talent needs of the organization, including but not limited to outreach to potential active and passive candidates via Technical Schools, job fairs, college, high school, state/federal agencies, on-line, social networking or in person.
    • Meet all talent needs and objectives. Including planning and preparing for organizational changes, partner with site leadership regularly to understand talent gaps and make necessary adjustments to plan.
    • Manage Onboarding, and assist with retention activities while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
    • Organize, maintain and update systems & files including HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy & integrity.
    • Encouraging candidate interest by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
    • Provide support for Total Rewards, Employee experience, Employee Performance, Employee Feedback
    • Support One ProAmpac culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication
    • All other duties as assigned
    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development from a four-year college; or four (4+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
    • SHRM certifications a plus.
    • Solid working knowledge of HR processes, related manufacturing, and targeted knowledge in recruitment.
    • Analytical, data and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
    • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
    • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify opportunities, develop solutions and/or options.
    • Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
