- Oversee Quality department of 20, including 6 direct reports
- Lead Customer Interactions and field customer complaints
- Lead Root Cause investigations and Corrective and Preventative actions
- Experience with Product and Process Validations: IQ,PQ,OQ
- Monitor and record department KPI's and Metrics
- Own ISO 13485 QMS
- Front room audit experience
