Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient's progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute hospital setting.
• Meditech.
