    We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal medicine Physician to join our private practice in Suwanee, GA. Shape your future at our Medical Practice- where excellence in Primary Care meets work life harmony. We offer a wonderful work life balance that is structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, can be flexible if necessary. No weekend or holiday hours Ideally, we are seeking a physician for long term employment, who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with flexibility and compassion. We will consider a physician looking for part time work. Our practice is dedicated to treating adult patients, with a focus on both chronic and acute illnesses.

Join us and become part of a community where achieving work life harmony is not merely a goal, but a way of life We offer a supportive environment with a team of dedicated receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff and Collaborate with an excellent group of subspecialty physicians Our facility offers a wide range of diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasounds, sleep studies, DEXA scans, spirometry, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy.

    Responsibilities:
    • Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
    • Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
    • Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.
    Requirements:
    • BCBE Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
    • Medical license to practice in GA
    Schedule:
    • Part time, Full time, or reduced work hours
    • 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (can be flexible)
    • Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed
    • Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
    • On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.
    Compensation:
    • $250k to start for experienced physicians
    • Up to $350k-$400k (base salary and productivity bonus)
