    Opening with our client for a junior level Vendor Accounts Payable Associate.


    In this role you are responsible for managing a portfolio of vendor accounts through invoice processing and issue resolution.

    Essential Functions

    • processing invoices for payment
    • resolving aged invoices and receipts
    • providing support to vendors and merchants
    • preparing standard reporting and ad hoc analysis


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
    • High GPA
    • Entry level to 1 year of accounts payable experience
    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
