Job summary
The Manager of Hospice Training and Education provides indirect leadership and standardized support for Hospice Preceptors across all hospice agencies to ensure consistent delivery of clinical and operational training for new hire orientation, field training, role-based onboarding, and ongoing hospice competencies.Responsibilities
- Accountable for coordination, support, and indirect leadership of Hospice Preceptors to drive training effectiveness and onboarding consistency across all hospice agencies.
- Maintain and continuously update hospice education programs including Clinical new hire orientation Role-specific onboarding pathways Annual
and ongoing clinical competencies Documentation standards
and EMR workflow education Interdisciplinary team training Ensure educational content is aligned with hospice regulatory requirements accreditation standards
and internal policies.
