This role will be a key part of the team and will have a direct impact on the trajectory of the company.

      • Identify and analyze quality issues and implement corrective action plans
      • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues

    • Identify and develop test methods, inspection plans, and quality control procedures
    • Ensure compliance with export control requirements such as ITAR/EAR, and other relevant regulations and standards
    • Provide guidance and support to the design and manufacturing engineering teams to address quality concerns and improve product design and manufacturability
    • Investigate and identify root cause of nonconformances from H3X suppliers, including within products, fabrication processes, and assembly processes
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in an Aerospace environment
    • Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
