    RN Position Job Notes:
    Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
    ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    Job Details:

    • Work in 22-bed Emergency Department with 4:1 patient ratios
    • Day shift staffing includes Charge + 5 RNs + 1 AM ER Tech, ER Tech, 10-10 RN, 12-12 RN and 3-3 RN
    • Night shift staffing includes Charge + 6 RNs + 1 PM Tech, ER Tech, 10-10 RN, 12-12 RN and 3-3 RN
    • 2 weekends per schedule required, no on-call responsibilities
    • Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in high-acuity setting required

    Required certifications:
    BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI


    • Strong triage and critical thinking skills essential
    • Experience with trauma and cardiac alert situations including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients
    • Perform IV insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, and wound care
    • Assist with moderate sedation for procedures, intubation, CPR, and code response
    • Provide care for stroke, STEMI, sepsis, trauma, and behavioral health patients
    • Conduct triage assessment and prioritization based on ESI guidelines
    • Handle transport preparation and coordination for higher levels of care
    • Documentation using Meditech EMR system
    • Royal blue scrub color required
    • Must be team-oriented, punctual, reliable, and compassionate
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
