- Deployment of new and replacement systems using imaging processes.
- Completion of post-imaging tasks per outlined procedures.
- Provide hardware support for laptops, monitors, keyboards/mouse, headsets, and mobile devices.
- Completion of service desk tickets for hardware issues.
- Conference room setup and support.
- Adding users/resetting passwords.
- Adding printers to workstations.
- Unlock accounts/resetting passwords.
- Inventory maintenance for hardware deployment and replacements.
- Assist with hardware movement and cleanup.
- Microsoft Online components including Office 365 and OneDrive.
- Hands-on experience and technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile computing devices (Android and IOS smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- Windows 10 environment experience.
- Systems using imaging tools.
- Conduct research into PC hardware and software issues.
- Customer service skills required.
- Resolve, and maintain conference room audio/visual connections.
- Network knowledge to troubleshoot hardware connectivity issues.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
