    Description

    My Retail client is actively seeking Help Desk Technicians to support their office move.

    This will be onsite 5 days per week

    Responsibilities

    • Deployment of new and replacement systems using imaging processes.
    • Completion of post-imaging tasks per outlined procedures.
    • Provide hardware support for laptops, monitors, keyboards/mouse, headsets, and mobile devices.
    • Completion of service desk tickets for hardware issues.
    • Conference room setup and support.
    • Adding users/resetting passwords.
    • Adding printers to workstations.
    • Unlock accounts/resetting passwords.
    • Inventory maintenance for hardware deployment and replacements.
    • Assist with hardware movement and cleanup.

    Qualifications

    • Microsoft Online components including Office 365 and OneDrive.
    • Hands-on experience and technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile computing devices (Android and IOS smartphones, tablets, etc.).
    • Windows 10 environment experience.
    • Systems using imaging tools.
    • Conduct research into PC hardware and software issues.
    • Customer service skills required.
    • Resolve, and maintain conference room audio/visual connections.
    • Network knowledge to troubleshoot hardware connectivity issues.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
