We are creatively innovating 3D printed, electronic, liquid heating & cooling technology. We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor to join our dynamic Engineering team.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the engineering industry and is ready to take on the challenge of ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in production supervision, cooling systems, and automotive plant manufacturing. As a Permanent Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties.

Overseeing and managing all production operations within the plant, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.

Implementing and maintaining effective production processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
Ensuring the safe operation of all machinery and equipment, including cooling systems.
Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
Providing regular reports on production activities and performance to senior management.
To be considered for the role of Permanent Production Supervisor, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience with cooling systems and automotive plant manufacturing.
A degree in engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in using standard software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
