- Facilitate the lead teacher working with students in the classroom.
- Work with students individually aiding them to overe specific learning challenges.
- Help prepare students for standardized tests required by the State of New Jersey.
- Supervise children inside and outside of the classroom.
- Aid the lead teacher in reviewing and grading student assignments, when necessary.
- Set up classroom instructional tools and teaching materials when required.
- Other duties as assigned by administrators.
- A great work-ethic and a passion to be in the classroom with students.
- Previous experience in a school-setting is a bonus
