- Responsible for adherence to the Company's Accounting Policies and Procedures. Maintain a strong Internal Control environment in the Plant.
- Complete responsibility for P&L and Balance Sheet creation and integrity, to include all necessary reporting and analysis of results.
- Responsible for managing the Accounting staff.
- Operate as the business partner of the Plant Manager.
- Identify Financial / Operational risks and opportunities in advance and communicate them to management.
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description. Performs other related duties as defined by manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Five years of Accounting/Finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of two years of supervisory experienced required.
- Possess the necessary managerial skills to plan, organize, lead and control the Accounting functions.
- Must be able to analyze financial statements and manufacturing variances.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with manufacturing processes, how BOM's & routings, labor reporting, standard costing and overhead allocations .
- Must be familiar with budgeting / forecasting processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization .
- Ability to apply understanding of the business and how own team contributes to the achievement of results.
- Requires in-depth understanding and application of concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary.
- Can-do attitude, effectively collaborate with other team members.
- Professional Office Environment (Hybrid arrangement possible).
- Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor.

Position Summary:
