- The primary responsibility of this position is to direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority of planning, organization, control, integration, execution of, and completion of Mobile Field projects.
- Assign equipment to specific phases or aspects of project, and oversee' s equipment preparation, loading and testing, in accordance with Mobile project procedure.
- Oversees review of project design for compliance with organization standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Evaluates project changes, specifications, and equipment inventory.
- Assists with the preparation of equipment for the job when needed.
- Responsible for tracking the profitability of Mobile Field Service jobs.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Safety Awareness: Employee must be aware of conditions that affect employee safety and engineer solutions to correct unsafe conditions.

Planning proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources in a fast pace changing environment. While expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations. Adjusting language, non-verbal expressions, and terminology to fit the needs of the audience.

- Ability to think quickly, assess a situation and make a sound decision.
