    Description
    The HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, recruitment, data management, compliance, and enhancing employee experience.

    The HR Generalist will report into the Global HR Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders across the firm, including department heads, the CFO/COO, Managing Partners, and the Partner overseeing employment matters.

    Our client is a global legal and professional services firm with offices in the US, UK, and Europe.

    Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    Support the Global HR Manager in data management tasks such as HRIS maintenance and compliance reporting.
    Coordinate staff recruitment from posting positions to conducting reference checks.
    Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies through training rollout and tracking.
    Assist in annual performance review processes.
    Maintain HR documentation in the firm's document management system.
    Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and diversity & inclusion events.
    Handle other HR projects as assigned.
    Qualifications of the HR Generalis include:
    ~ Bachelor's degree.
    ~3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
    ~ Familiarity with both domestic and international HR practices, particularly in London and Paris.
    ~ Proficiency in benefit administration, recruiting, and HRIS systems; Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new technical systems.
    ~ Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
