Animal Clinic of Kearney

is a full-service AAHA Accredited small animal hospital, offering the best in medical and surgical care.

In addition to a high standard of preventative care, surgeries, spay and neuters, dentals, end of life, etc., we also offer services such as orthopedic surgery, ultrasound, dermatology, tonometry, endocrinology, radiology, cardiology, and even some pet emergency cases We have a talented support team that we utlilize well.

Fully equipped dental unit includding digital dental radiography
Orthopedic surgeon that comes in
3.5 doctor practice with a certified technician with each dvm and two with each dvm during surgery
Great mentoring atmosphere as well as learning atmosphere for leadership or more complex cases as well
No on-call responsibilities Ideal schedule being M, T, TH, FRI 8am-5:30pm, but can discuss further
The

Medical Director (MD)

provides strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to the associate veterinarians to ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service.

The MD will collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital annual operating plan.

The MD will own responsibility for ensuring Clinic Revenue Targets are achieved and Standards of Care are developed and complied with.

The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention and advocating for the growth of Mission Veterinary Partners (MVP).

Our management and medical leadership are committed to supporting our teams through career development, continuing education, and personal goals. All Veterinarians will find interesting, diverse, and challenging cases, with a manageable caseload.

Ideal qualifications:
Medical Director or leadership experience preferred, Experienced Associates with the drive for career development also highly considered
Missouri Veterinary License – active and in good standing
