Multiple Medical Oncology Opportunities in Palm Beach, FloridaPalm Beach client looking for Medical Oncologists Preference is Breast Specialist, GI or Hematologic Malignancies and also Leukemia/Lymphoma docs.
Academic/Private Practice Blend
Partnership Track
Prefer training from high caliber schools.
Established Center seeks Medical Oncologist(s) to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated physician(s) to be a community leader, building a comprehensive oncology program in an academic environment with multi disciplinary clinics and disease sub-specialization.
Qualified candidates will have excellent clinical training, a strong interest in clinical research, board certification, and sub-specialization in Breast, GI or Hematologic malignancies.
Monday to FridayPartnership track
On call every 4 to 6 weeks for 1 week at a time
They have privileges at 3 area hospitals but you will work out of one facility
Collaborative model with specialists; each doc specializes in their own specialty
Chemo, bone Marrow biopsies etc.
Academic model also
Client would really like Physicians with leadership skills who also want to own a piece of the business.
Must be comfortable making friends with the specialists
The busier physicians have ARNPs who see patients with them as well.
Opportunity to partner with the hospital and become Medical Director for your specialty. Help get the specialty clinic up and running.
For Breast Cancer practice:
Running a breast program, setting up academic model. Want doctors who like making a difference, being part of academic model, the give and take of being a leader in the community
For Lymphoma:
The other big niche is leukemia, blood lymphoma. Must be well trained and must be academic minded and want to subspecialize,
Blood disorders, must've trained at one of top 10 academic centers. Client is hoping for docs who want to give lectures, likes a hybrid model, multi clinics, and likes to do clinical medicine
