    We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in our Dallas location, 11661 Preston Road, Suite 146, Dallas TX 75230.

    Qualifications:

    • Insurance Experience– Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience)
    • Leadership - This is a leadership role. Prior leadership experience required.
    • Bilingual – Spanish a plus but not required.
    • Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
    • Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
    • Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
    • Quote and sell policies
    • Follow up with prospects
    • Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
    • Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
