Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Plaintiffs Attorney, you will:

• Develop and execute case strategies from investigation through settlement and/or litigation planning

• Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize client recovery

• Communicate empathetically and consistently with clients regarding case progress, expectations, and next steps

• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to ensure deadlines, documentation, and case tasks are handled efficiently

• Review and analyze medical records, reports, and damages documentation

• Oversee settlement processes, including lien identification and lien reduction strategy

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across the team to strengthen outcomes

• Celebrate client victories and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Active Bar License in Missouri and/or Kansas (both preferred) — MO and/or KS Bar required

• 3–5 years of legal practice experience, preferably in personal injury law

• Strong experience with client interaction, case management, and insurance claim resolution

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and confidence

• Motivated, proactive problem solver with ownership mindset

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment
