Job DetailsJob LocationCrystal Flats - Bentonville, ARPosition TypeFull TimeAwarded Property Management Company of the year by the Apartment Association of Nebraska for five years in a row, Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is welcoming new talentWe're expanding in the local market and beyond, and we want to add members to our amazing team of Floating Maintenance Technicians in Bentonville, AR Join us in working for one of the area's leading property management companiesWhat You Will DoLead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management to repair and maintain some of the best properties in townRespond to work orders in a timely order with the highest level of qualityRepair, replace and maintain apartment equipment, fixturesTroubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipmentSnow removal and property grounds cleanupFrequently walk, bend, lift/pull/push up to 70 poundsAll other duties as assignedWhat You Will NeedMinimum one-year related experience (construction, electrical, plumbing, rehabs)Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for this certification, which consists of the first test and a retake. Any retakes should be completed within 10 days.
