- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Paraprofessional training program or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience working as a Paraprofessional in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet all educational and licensing requirements as mandated by the state.
