- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Safety Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
