About this role

Scribe — a productivity automation company based in San Francisco — is hiring a ML Engineer role with a focus on building LLM agents.

You will work with our CTO and machine learning team to fine-tune and train novel ML models with our extensive proprietary dataset.

The ideal candidate should be excited to rapidly develop, test, and deploy groundbreaking ML-powered software to our users.

You could be a great fit if

You have a relevant doctorate from a top ML program

You have experience working with LLMs

You have experience with Instruction-tuning and Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning methods

You're comfortable getting into the nitty gritty: using Python, Jupyter, and cloud compute to clean data and train and validate ML models

You want to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a lot of autonomy

Bonus

Experience with LLM agents, including frameworks such as ReAct, Self Refinement, etc.

Experience with reinforcement learning

Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast)

Compensation

$170k-$220k USD salary + equity
