    Responsibilities:

    Elevate Epi Engineering and Equipment Manufacturing Excellence

    • Lead efforts related to engineering and manufacturing within the Epitaxy department, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and quality
    • Drive the transfer of epitaxy processes from R&D to production, ensuring seamless integration and scale-up of processes in manufacturing environments

    Wafer Quality and Productivity Improvement

    • Innovate and implement strategies to improve wafer quality and productivity, leveraging advanced process control techniques and statistical analysis method
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process Integration, Manufacturing, and Yield Improvement, to drive sustainable improvements in wafer production and delivery

    Team Leadership and Management

    • Lead and manage a team of epitaxy process engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to drive process development
    • Define and communicate clear goals, objectives, and priorities for the epitaxy process engineering team, and ensure alignment with company strategies and product roadmap

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field
    • 10+ years of industry experience
    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • Professional experience in the semiconductor industry with any relevant process tools and equipment (AMAT, ASM, ASML, LAM, etc.)
    • Comfortable in a clean room environment
    • Relevant company backgrounds include: Intel, Micron, Samsung, Global Foundries, ASM, Applied Materials, etc.
