    Onsite Dual Role in Asbury Park

    We are seeking an On-site leader to oversee Tutor performance and provide guidance to Tutors during our school-year program.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong relationships with site staff and community.
    • Ensure Tutors have necessary materials to help scholars succeed.
    • Complete and submit digital records of attendance, scholar rosters, and site concerns.
    • Work closely with program staff and participate in weekly coaching meetings.
    • Manage Tutor work schedules.
    • Apprise the Program Director of staff issues and help resolve them.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education field preferred).
    • Standard certificate, CE, or CEAS.
    • Experience teaching.
    • New Jersey Certification of Criminal History.
    • Gmail email address or experience with Google Suite applications.
    • Past history of overseeing others.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

    Employer Qualifications:

    • Must adhere to local health department and school district requirements.
    • Knowledge of the Danielson Framework is beneficial.

    Location:

    • Asbury Park (various locations: Bradley Elementary, Boys & Girls Club, MLK Middle School, College Achieve).
    • Afyer-school tutoring program.
    • Maximum hours not to exceed 6 per week.
    • Program ends May 2025.
